Find dealerships near you
- Drive through dealer corridors — streets with multiple used car dealers
- Note dealership name, phone, and address
- Focus on small independent dealers (NOT AutoTrader or big chains)
- Start with 5-10 dealers — do not try 50 at once
Dealers with stock on the lot but no online presence are your best prospects. They need help the most.
Claim the dealer on your dashboard
- Open Rep Dashboard → "Available" tab
- Search by name or city → click "Claim"
- The dealer is now exclusively yours — no other rep can take them
- If not listed yet, share your personal link — they auto-assign to you when they register

Important Rules
Exclusive Assignment
Your dealers are yours. But if you claim and do nothing for 7 days, admin will release them for another rep who is active.
Be Honest
You represent dbAuto. Never over-promise. Registration is free, SEO takes time. Let results speak.
Release If Needed
Can not serve a dealer? Release them from your dashboard so another rep can help.
Spread Your Territory
Do not claim 50 dealers and sit on them. Work through your 10 actively — contact, register, help list cars. Only claim more when you have results. Inactive reps will NOT get new assignments.
How Assignment Works
Each rep gets up to 10 dealerships assigned at a time. Work through them — contact, register, help list.
When you complete a dealership (registered or not interested), a new one auto-assigns to keep your queue at 10.
Dealers are spread across reps — no rep gets all the good ones. The system assigns from different areas.
If you are idle (no calls, no results for 7+ days), your dealers will be reassigned to active reps. Do not hoard — work your list!
Every dealership card shows photos, phone, WhatsApp, and a direct link to view the dealer on dbauto.co.za — everything you need to make contact.
